Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:
All domestic orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Export and bulk orders may take 7–15 business days depending on documentation and product type.

2. Delivery Time:

Domestic Orders: Usually delivered within 5–10 days based on location.

Export Orders: Delivered within 15–25 business days, depending on port and logistics.

3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on weight, volume, and destination. Transport or courier charges are additional unless stated in CIF terms.

4. Tracking:
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details or LR copy through WhatsApp or email to monitor shipment progress.

5. Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours for replacement assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. As our products are food-grade and natural, general returns are not permitted for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process:

Inform our team via WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos and batch details for verification.

Once approved, we’ll arrange for replacement or credit adjustment.

3. Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy:
In case of damaged or missing items, replacement will be sent at no extra cost after verification.
